Organizations we work with

Our clients in this community include Israel Bonds and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Both appear among the organizations we work with on our homepage.

We describe the scope of an individual engagement only with that client’s clearance.

Communications that assume a hostile reader

These institutions are covered differently, and they are targeted differently. Messaging for a federation or a pro-Israel organization has to survive an audience that includes committed opponents, not only an indifferent public. That changes what can be said loosely, what must be sourced, and what should not be said at all.

Security considerations also shape communications work here in ways they do not for most nonprofits: event promotion, leadership visibility, and location disclosure all carry weight.

Crisis counsel and research

The same two disciplines that anchor the rest of our practice apply here. Crisis work follows the method described on our nonprofit crisis communications page: sequence the audiences, decide who speaks, and answer with the record.

On the research side, community and membership studies follow the same published methodology as the rest of our public opinion research practice, including multilingual fielding and stated error bands.
